Athens Community to Celebrate Back-to-School with Family-Friendly Bash

Edwards’ initiative comes as part of a broader effort to introduce more recreational and family-oriented venues in Athens, a sentiment he shared by saying, “Athens sort of lacks fun businesses like putt putt, arcades, skating rink. You know we had one of those close recently. So, in that spirit, we’re hosting this back-to-school party to kind of create the vision that we’re trying to execute here on this property.”
