Weather Update: Spring Temperatures and Snow Forecast
Residents of Reno can enjoy a touch of spring today, with temperatures reaching a pleasant high of 64 degrees under mostly clear skies. However, changes are on the horizon as a wind advisory is set to influence the area tomorrow, bringing cooler temperatures of around 62 degrees.
The weather shift will be marked by the onset of precipitation in far northern Nevada, expected to begin early on Wednesday morning. As we move into Thursday morning, Elko County, central Nevada, and the Reno region could potentially experience some snowfall. By Thursday afternoon, around 4 p.m., White Pine County is anticipated to witness the last of the precipitation as the weather system exits the area, paving the way for warmer conditions by Friday.
