Financial Advisor Enters Race for District 5 Commissioner Seat
The race for the District 5 Commissioner seat in Athens-Clarke County has a new contender. Zander Mason, a local financial advisor and University of Georgia alumnus, is making his bid for the position. An Athens native, Mason brings a strong focus on youth development to his campaign.
Mason recently spoke with Emma Auer from WUGA, outlining his priorities and vision for the community. His candidacy pits him against two other candidates, Rick Stanziale and Kimberly Bennett, as they vie for the support of the local electorate.
