UGA Freshman Charged with Multiple Felonies Following TikTok Stunt
In an unexpected turn of events, a freshman football player from the University of Georgia found himself in legal trouble after engaging in a viral TikTok trend. London Seymour, a defensive lineman for UGA, was apprehended on January 29th, facing multiple allegations of property damage linked to a popular social media challenge.
The charges against Seymour are serious, encompassing 11 felony counts stemming from his purported involvement in the “door kick challenge.” This online trend has raised concerns due to its potential for causing significant property damage.
After being taken into custody, Seymour was promptly released on bond. As of now, there has been no official statement from the UGA Athletic Association regarding the incident or the player’s status within the team.
London Seymour carries a notable legacy as the son of Richard Seymour, a former UGA defensive tackle who achieved great success as a first-round NFL draft pick and secured three Super Bowl victories during his professional career.
