Members of the University of Michigan community, including employees, retirees, students, and alumni, are encouraged to participate in upcoming virtual town halls focused on the topic of pouring rights at the university. These events aim to provide insights into the RFP (Request for Proposal) process, share messages from potential suppliers, outline the benefits for the university, and offer a Q&A segment to address common inquiries.

Last fall, the university community was asked to participate in a survey concerning pouring rights. The feedback gathered from this survey will be a focal point during the town hall discussions.

Virtual Town Hall Sessions

To ensure accessibility for all members, two town halls have been organized, both presenting identical content. The sessions are scheduled as follows:

  • Tuesday, Feb. 17 — 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. — Register
  • Wednesday, Feb. 18 — 1 to 2:15 p.m. — Register

The registration process allows participants to provide questions or feedback for the Q&A session and request any necessary accommodations, such as live captions or American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation.
