Georgia Unveils Election Data Feature for Tracking Voter Turnout

Secretary of State Raffensperger announces new voter tracking feature

Georgia Enhances Transparency with New Election Data Feature

In a move to further cement Georgia’s reputation for leading election administration, the state’s Election Data Hub has been upgraded with a novel feature. This enhancement, spearheaded by Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, promises to offer Georgians deeper insights into voter turnout dynamics as early voting progresses in the midterm elections.

The newly introduced feature empowers residents to examine voter turnout based on party affiliation. This includes detailed breakdowns by race, gender, and whether voters are Democrat, Republican, or Non-Partisan within specific regions.

Raffensperger emphasized the value of this addition, stating it offers every Georgian “a front-row seat to a secure and accessible election process.” This development aligns with ongoing efforts to maintain high standards in electoral management.

Statistics reveal that since the commencement of early voting on April 27th, approximately 85,000 voters have already participated. The early voting period remains open until May 15, providing ample opportunity for voter engagement.
