In a significant development for Incline Village, a brand-new beach house facility is poised to transform Incline Beach, with construction beginning mid-April. The project aims to offer modernized amenities and enhanced infrastructure to residents and visitors alike.
The upcoming Incline Beach House will take over from the outdated snack bar, tiki bar, and restrooms currently available. The new facility will boast a commercial kitchen, convenient ordering windows, and patio seating areas, as well as fire pits. Additionally, the restrooms will now be accessible throughout the year.
Modern Infrastructure for Incline Village
“The main goal is to replace the 60 plus year old facilities that are currently at Incline Beach, with modern infrastructure that better meets the needs of Incline Village residents and their guests,” explained Paul Raymore of the Incline Village General Improvement District.
During the construction phase, access to Incline Beach will be rerouted as the main entrance will close temporarily. A provisional entrance will be opened nearby, although parking availability will be limited.
In an effort to accommodate ongoing events, the popular “Music on the Beach” concert series will move to Ski Beach for the duration of the 2026 season.
This ambitious project, which comes with a price tag close to 11 million dollars, has been under planning for nearly ten years.
