Guilford County Schools Invites Public Input for Future Planning
Guilford County Schools is actively reaching out to the community to gather opinions and insights as it revises its long-term strategic plan, aptly named “Better Together.” The initiative serves as a blueprint to enhance the educational experience for students and support their families.
As part of the update process for this year, the district is placing significant emphasis on community engagement and participation. To facilitate this, Guilford County Schools has made two surveys available on its website, each designed for different sections of the community.
One survey is specifically for families, aiming to gather insights on how the district can better prepare students for post-high school endeavors and improve their overall well-being. The second survey targets community stakeholders such as business, nonprofit, and faith leaders, seeking guidance on strengthening collaborative efforts with external partners.
The district has set a deadline for feedback submissions, which is fast approaching this Friday. Community members are encouraged to participate and share their perspectives to help shape the future of education in the district.
