Georgia Father Awaits Sentencing in Unprecedented School Shooting Case
In an unprecedented legal case in Georgia, Colin Gray, whose son is the accused shooter in the Apalachee High School incident, faces sentencing next Thursday. This case marks a significant legal precedent as it is the first of its kind in the state involving a parent of an alleged school shooter.
Back in March, Gray was found guilty on all 27 charges against him. These charges encompass multiple counts of murder, cruelty to children, involuntary manslaughter, and reckless conduct. Despite this, he allowed his son access to firearms, including the gun used in the shooting, which had been given to Colt Gray as a Christmas gift.
