Allen Vaughan, General Manager of The Daily Nebraskan, recently discussed the paper’s evolution and the challenges facing student journalists today with former editor Maddie Ames.

Challenges in Modern Journalism

While newsletters currently drive traffic to their website, the future may hold new platforms and opportunities for engagement. “The exciting part about the job is trying to figure it all out,” Vaughan said.
