Forsyth County Invites Youth to Shape Voting Experience with Sticker Design Contest
In an effort to engage young minds and instill a sense of civic pride, Forsyth County has launched a unique opportunity for its student community. The Board of Elections opened the “I Voted” sticker contest on Friday, calling upon students to contribute to the upcoming General Election in November with their artistic talents.
This creative competition is exclusively for the youth, as only students under 18 residing in Forsyth County are eligible to participate. Each entry will be judged on three key criteria: visual appeal, creativity, and clarity. These young artists are encouraged to draw inspiration from the rich history of Forsyth County and the distinctive features that North Carolina offers.
For those eager to participate, the deadline for submissions is set for March 6, providing ample time for students to develop and refine their designs. The winning artwork will be proudly printed and distributed, allowing voters to carry a piece of local creativity with them during the election.
