The initiative, titled “Books & Lady Bosses,” is a quarterly book club designed exclusively for MI ATHENA members. The book club will begin with a reading of Jamie Kern Lima’s memoir, Worthy. This book details Lima’s journey as the founder of IT Cosmetics, highlighting themes of perseverance and self-doubt. MI ATHENA will provide weekly primer questions to guide the reading and foster discussions. These questions will be distributed via email and posted in the MI ATHENA Alliance online community.
